Duck ramen might not be the first thing you expect to find in Ginza. But Keisuke 9th (銀座鴨そば 九代目けいすけ) delivers it with elegance worthy of the neighborhood.

A global ramen brand with branches across multiple countries, this outpost focuses entirely on duck - both in the soup and as tender, juicy slices of chashu.
Duck Ramen Variety
They serve three main styles. The Light Duck Ramen features a dark shoyu (soy sauce) broth that lets the duck’s natural flavor shine, paired with thin noodles.

The Rich Duck Ramen is a more concentrated version, delivering extra depth and body while staying smooth. This one comes with thicker noodles to stand up to the fuller broth.

Finally, the Duck Tsukemen uses the same rich soup but with bolder, saltier seasoning and added fish elements for extra complexity. Served with thicker dipping noodles that soak up every drop of flavor, this one’s my personal favorite.

As pictured, you can order any of the duck ramen with extra chashu slices. Go for the all toppings option and you’ll also get a vibrantly red egg yolk in the center, gobo (burdock root) tempura, and even tender meatballs.

Keisuke's Duck Ramen in Ginza - Summary
Each bowl is beautifully presented, and prices are slightly higher than average - expected for Ginza - but the experience is worth it for such a rare style.

Conveniently located next to the tourist-packed Kyushu Jangara (Ginza branch), Keisuke usually has no long line, making it a great alternative for those wanting something different.
